Our many services which include; skills training, interview prep courses, and customized support, help candidates find a job in the community focused on their unique strengths and interests.
Residents in our Community Living program can enjoy living in community-based homes with 24/7 continuous support or in apartments with customized intermittent support.
The CAP HealthMatters™ Program, is evidence-based and designed to support program participants in making healthy lifestyle choices. We empower participants to choose long-term healthier lifestyles through knowledge and awareness of diet and the importance of increased activity, including exercise classes.
