Eric Downey Outstanding Board Member of the Year Award
The Eric Downey Outstanding Board Member of the Year Award first originated in 2004. The award was named after Eric Downey, a former President of the Board of Directors. Mr. Downey’s contributions and support went well above the role of a Board member, and his leadership, compassion, and generosity for NorthPointe Resources are still felt today. In honor of Eric Downey, this award is presented to a current Board of Director each year for their outstanding commitment to NorthPointe’s Mission, Values, and Goals.

Remembering Doug Cygan
Serving as a board member for many years, Doug contributed his expertise in business, as well as headed up several of NorthPointe’s annual golf outings. In recognition of Doug’s dedication and passion for NorthPointe, the Large Dinning Hall was named in his honor in 2011. Most recently, Doug transitioned into the Auxiliary Advisory Committee where he continued to guide and support our organization. Doug will forever be remembered by NorthPointe.
