COMMUNITY INTEGRATED LIVING
ARRANGEMENT is an opportunity for
participating adults to live in a variety of
structured living arrangements with different
support systems and  activity options based
on the residents needs, within the community.

24x7 Adult Support Residential
Services offer an environment that is safe,
comfortable, and emotionally,physically and 
mentally stimulating. The homes are an
integrated part of the community with on-staff,
24x7 support.

Intermittent Living Support Programs
offer program participants the opportunity to live
independently in their own apartment while receiving
the customized support they need.

Specialized Professional
Psychiatric Resources
We partner with two independent, private
professional organizations: The Alexian
Center for Mental Health Clinic, and The Center
for Developmental Disabilities of The United 
Methodist Hospital of Chicago so that we may
offer a range of specialized individual psychiatric
treatment plans on an individual, as needed, basis..
