ADOPT-A-CLIENT

Every year, NorthPointe hosts a holiday gift campaign to provide the individuals we serve with a holiday party and a special holiday gift from the help of our community.

When you give a gift it means you care enough to share... and make someone feel special this holiday season.

• Adopt-a-Client - Give-A-Gift
  Adopt one of our individuals by purchasing a gift from their personal wish list. To assure that all our individuals are treated equally, we ask that your holiday gift be valued at $25.00.
• Dual Adoption
  Many of our individuals in our Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILA) program do not have a family with whom to spend the holiday season. A “dual adopter” purchases two gifts for a CILA individual.
• Holiday Party - You can help our individuals celebrate!
  At the holiday party our individuals will celebrate the holiday season and socializing with their peers. This is a perfect gift opportunity for groups and corporate gift giving.

This year there are other ways to join in our Holiday Giving. You can become a program sponsor, you can donate money to help pay for various programs our individuals can participate in throughout the year.

Whichever way you choose to give, we want to thank you for making a difference in the lives of the individuals we serve.

• Program Supporter - A gift for all year long
  Many of our individuals are unable to participate in programs and peer-related activities because they do not have the funds. You can help them keep active and sociable by donating to one of these programs or activities:

1. Horse Back Riding
   ($25 single ride, $250 complete session)
2. RecPlex Membership ($150 per year)
3. YMCA Fitness Membership ($140 per year)
4. Park District Activities ($12 - $25 each activity)
5. New Choices Program—painting, drawing, etc.
   ($10 - $50)
6. Outings, movies, plays, etc. ($15 - $30 each activity)

This is a perfect gift opportunity for groups and corporate gift giving.
