The sounds of 1940’s music filled the Skill Aviation Hangar at the Waukegan Airport on Sunday November 11th, 2007 as guests came out to support NorthPointe’s Second Annual Wines & Delectables from Around the World Event. The 1940 Stearman Antique airplane inside the hangar was a huge attraction as guests sampled and bought several varieties of wine, beer, coffee, and tea which helped wash down delicious hors d’oeuvres, mouth watering fudge, and snacks. Guests were able to relax and enjoy the atmosphere, do some holiday shopping, and had the opportunity to win great door prizes, capsule and silent auction items solicited by our solicitation committee which is headed up by Anne Johnson, Chairperson.
 

Thanks to all of the volunteers and the leadership efforts of Lorna Zaloudek, Chairperson, and all of the gorgeous decorations done by our decorating committee spearheaded by Lona Massong, Chairperson, the event was a big success!
